Sridhar has over 15 years of management and strategy consulting, technology and business development experience across numerous industries. Prior to joining 1Empire Solutions, Sridhar was an independent consultant advising management teams on technology implementation, operational improvement, optimizing business processes and growth strategies.
As an independent consultant, Sridhar was hired by SunTrust to improve and implement policies and procedures designed to address the bank's response to mortgage defaults as mandated by Federal requirements. Prior to working with SunTrust, Sridhar was hired by Pepsi to work closely with the office of the Chief Operating Officer to help Pepsi optimize its manufacturing and distribution processes and reduce costs. Prior to working as an independent consultant, Sridhar was a principal at SunGard Consulting and held senior positions at Capgemini, the Federal Reserve Bank of New York and IBM Global Services. As principal at SunGard and Capgemini, Sridhar successfully led numerous operational improvement and cost reduction engagements for several Fortune 500 companies. Many of his recommendations directly resulted in combined EBITDA improvements that exceeded $100 million. Sridhar led efforts in business consolidation, identification of new sales and distribution channels, competitive and market analysis and developed roadmaps for clients to become more competitive. Sridhar also provided hands-on support in the areas of corporate growth and strategy for numerous clients leading directly to revenue growth. At the Federal Reserve Bank of New York and IBM Global Services, Sridhar was a pioneer in designing and implementing technical and business solutions in order to automate manual processes. For example, as the lead IBM consultant to the U.S. Department of Interior and Office of Personnel Management, the automation of manual processes saved the Federal Government over $50 million annually.
Sridhar has an MBA from Cornell University and an MS in Software Engineering from the University of Maryland at College Park. He also earned a BS in Finance and Computer Science with a Summa Cum Laude distinction from the University of Maryland at College Park.Read Less
